Dr. Goodman founded the Order of the Arrow (Scouting's Honor Society) i 1915 and later served as National Director of Program for the BSA until his retirement in the 1950s.

This page is devoted to preserving his speeches, letters, correspondence, published articles and similar materials. The earliest of those are found in "The Evangel," -- the newsletter of the Tioga Presbyterian Church.
